What to expect: Don’t underestimate the small restaurant when arriving at Arson. Walking distance from the American Airlines Arena, it needs to become your spot before heading to a concert or a Miami Heat game. You can expect friendly staff to guide you through bold flavors.

The Menu: Arson titles their menu, “Put Some Fire In Your Belly” and they aren’t lying. Each dish lists out the main ingredients with prices so you can to stick to your budget for the night. Keep in mind the dishes are small but the presentation and flavor make up for it. We recommend ordering a little bit of everything to end your night very satisfied. A wine list is also available for pairing!

What to order:

Red Bell Peppers: These bell peppers are a refreshing start to your gourmet experience. The dish is dressed with garlic oil, hard-boiled eggs and crispy croutons.

Spicy Provoletta: Spicy sausage is smothered in cheese and served with bread for dipping. This dish is great for sharing and a major upgrade from canned, Vienna Sausages!

Duck 2 Ways: Must. Order. This. The duck is served charbroiled and cured with apple textures and honey mustard bread. Duck is naturally a fatty meat but Arson thinly slices the duck for the perfect bite. The apple brings in a sweet component to this salty dish. Definitely one of the best duck dishes we’ve tried in Miami!

Mushroom Dish: Another must have dish! Get your phone out because this is a Boomerang moment. Mushroom confit, asparagus, poached egg, parsley, garlic and thyme make up this explosive, hearty dish.

Whole Shrimp: Don’t forget the seafood! This dish comes with 2 whole shrimp with a red curry cream, pickled shallots and crushed peanuts.

Brownie and Ice Cream: If you still have space to treat yourself with something sweet we recommend the warm brownie with vanilla ice cream. They add a banana puree that puts the dessert on the next level.
