When brunch includes a buffet with made-to-order omelets and pasta stations, you know the food coma will be real AF.

Location: Doral
Address: 4400 NW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33178
Meal type: Sunday Brunch
Cuisine: Modern American
Ambiance: Staycationista state of mind
Background music: Chirping birds and swinging golf clubs
What to wear: Florals and flowy dresses are a must here, especially if you plan on taking down a few rounds at the buffet. Guys can wear light-colored shorts and a popped collar.

What to expect: The interior at BLT Prime features hues of gold and brown. Pass the bar on your left, and keep going until you reach the outdoor seating with ceiling fans and wicker furniture. Here you will get the best lighting for those gram-worthy shots (and of course, all the selfies). The view to the emerald golf course ain’t too shabby either.

The Menu: We are talking brunch, so here we go… Sunday Brunch menu includes options from the sea like shrimp, oysters, and ceviche, as well as sides from the griddle such as bacon, pork sausage, and roasted potatoes. There is a smoked salmon bar along with artisanal charcuterie, and a carving board station with short ribs and seafood paella (to name a few). Feeling like Nutella french toast? They’ve got that, too!

What to order: The only thing you need to worry about ordering is the bottomless mimosa. With a tall flute in hand, walk back inside and fill your plate with endless brunch favorites. We know you can’t eat it ALL, so here are some dishes you definitely need on your plate.

Crayfish Benedict Eggs: Crispy on the edges, and soft on the inside, the muffin holds it all together with the hollandaise sauce glazed on top. This is a nice twist on the traditional benedict with the use of the crayfish.

Cinnamon Nutella Brioche French Toast: You had me at Nutella. Unlike other desserts, the Nutella is lightly drizzled on top and makes this a subtly sweet indulgence. The thick-cut brioche bread is a mouthful and is topped with thinly sliced strawberries.

Off the menu: We got lucky with the Nutella french toast, as they’re not always on the menu. Ask nicely? Maybe you’ll get a sweet surprise.

How to score a table: Make reservations online, as that’s always easiest. Walk-ins are welcome.
