What to wear: On weeknights, you can dress up a little, maybe like you would for date night. Women in strappy dresses and men in button down shirts.

What to expect: You will walk right into a roasting festival with all types of meats behind glass towards your left. Then in the main dining space, there is a wall library of wines. The dark beams overhead give this restaurant a rustic feel.

The Menu: The dinner menu starts with a full page of appetizers for the table, from cold apps to apps from the grill. Then you’ll quickly find the meats from the Asador al Quebracho, to a traditional Parrillada, and finally meats from the grill. Graziano’s proudly serves certified angus beef, raised by three generation family ranchers, and naturally aged for at least 21 days.

What to order: Definitely get your hands on the grilled octopus, which is commonly on their appetizers list. We know you’re ordering steak, so we will recommend you pair it with the grilled brussels sprouts and pancetta. All grilled meats are served with a side dish. Now let’s get down to business…

Bife de Chorizo: 18 ounces of hand-cut sirloin steak. Our mouths are watering just remembering that first bite. Likely one of the best cuts of beef in Argentina, this is also a little fattier. Por si te gustan gorditas, this is the steak for you!

Entraña de Novillo Angus: This is what you’d call skirt steak. The small cut is 18 oz. but if you’re feeling lucky, 24 oz. may be the best selection for you. Don’t be surprised when they bring this out and the steak is bigger than your plate.
