Brunch is always a good idea and an even better one at Miami’s newest brunch spot – NaiYaRa. We had the pleasure to check out the only Thai inspired brunch menu and specialty cocktails in Sunset Harbour. Chef Bee took over and sent out his favorites from the menu that left us beyond satisfied. They say their brunch specials have been created to comfort the weekend soul and we must agree. The only thing that can prepare you for a full week of work is ending the weekend on a positive and tasty note. You will find that at NaiYaRa.

We began our brunch experience with the perfect dish to cleanse our palate. The Thai Poké bowl was refreshing with ingredients such as salmon, seaweed salad, cucumber, avocado and honey kimchee to bind it all together. We recommend sharing the bowl if you’re planning on enjoying multiples dishes.

Fried. Duck. Biscuits. The moment we took a bite it was game over. This isn’t your average chicken and biscuits. Chef Bee took a Southern classic and stamped Thai goodness all over it. The best advice we can leave you with is order enough for the table because each order comes with two biscuits. It may be the Chinese spices used in the biscuit or the tamarind sauce drizzled all over that makes you crave more.

Omelets and benedicts are staples in the brunch world but have you tried gourmet, hard-boiled eggs? We know what you’re thinking. Not that appealing at first glance but do it. The Son-In-Law Eggs have a crispy exterior, ground chicken, crispy shallots and tamarind sauce. The dish comes with multiple pieces so definitely share with the table.

If you’re not convinced on the hard boiled eggs but still want an egg dish during your experience order the Korean Short Ribs & Eggs. The kimchee-marinated ribs are sliced very thin and topped with an egg sunny side up.

Brunch isn’t over until you end savory with something sweet. The Sweet Roti is a delicious snack layered with condensed milk and topped with a scoop or coconut ice cream.
