Acclaimed National chefs create farm-to-table dining experiences at Swank Farms.

We’ve watched enough Chef’s Table on Netflix to know an amazing tasting menu when we see one. Swank Farms features culinary events with an all-star cast of chefs. And it does not get any more real than this 20-acre farm family-style dinner straight to your table. At their recent event, Vegetable Love, guests feasted on dishes that used veggies grown onsite. In this 5-course plated wine dinner, the colors on the plate spoke for themselves. This all took place in Swank Farms at Loxahatchee Groves.
Favorite dishes: Benefiting Little Smiles, the Vegetable Love event at Swank Farms featured dishes crafted by some of our favorite chefs like the Pachadi Salad by Pushkar Marathe from Ghee Miami. The shaved veggies layered on each other nicely between cauliflower and basmati rice. We could also go for seconds of the Pad Thai Turnip Noodle by Ken Blue of Hippocrates Health Institute. It had all the elements of a perfect bite—spicy almond butter, crunchy almonds, bean sprouts, and boldness from the micro cilantro. Dessert was also a mouthful. Cindy Bearman from Oceano Kitchen whipped up a quark cheesecake with a chocolate and beet “soil”. These chefs are making headlines with their culinary craft.
Takeaway: If you missed out on this event, you are in luck because it is just the beginning of the Swank Table family-style events. This season will offer dinners prepared by nationally recognized master chefs including Michael Schwartz and Tom Condron. They will go into March and April, including all-new brunch series with unlimited Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, and craft beers. Visit www.swankspecialtyproduce.com for tickets and additional information.
