Make your own Mexican Tlayuda & cocktails at home with these Miami restaurants

The Hungry Post has teamed up with Hornitos Tequila to celebrate Día de Los Muertos with some of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Miami. Join us this Sunday, November 1st at 1 PM ET LIVE on @TheHungryPost Instagram account as we remember the dead with a culinary celebration.

In this LIVE class, we will learn how to make a Mexican Tlayuda by Taquerias El Mexicano. This is a traditional Oaxacan street food dish that consists of a large crispy corn tortilla baked on a comal. Our version for this Sunday will include bean paste, green chile chicken and salsa verde.  We will also feature Hornitos cocktails by Los Altos, La Santa Taqueria and Lolo’s Surf Cantina.

Make sure to purchase all ingredients in advance so that you can follow along and recreate the recipes at home.
