For a long, long time we had been planning a big surprise for all our Hungries as a token of our appreciation for their support. Last week the silence broke at the launch of Eats & Musiquita at around 9:30 PM at the combined spaces of Armando Records and Blind Pig. Grammy Award winner Jorge Villamizar of Bacilos took center stage to perform some of our favorite Latin throwbacks that included Tabaco y Chanel, Caraluna, and Mi Primer Million. The crowd sang along for an hour concert and some lucky fans even had the chance to be serenaded by Villamizar on stage.

Besides this very special moment, Hungries also enjoyed street food by Street Eats, Dr. Simon, Doggis, Churromania, China Box, and more. The dancing feast went on until 2 AM with the help of DJ Andre Ferro who kept our feet moving.
