Ambiance: Sophisticated and contemporary
Background music: Tranquil music for that lively appetite
What to wear: Dress as if you wanted to get asked out on a date, not picked up at a bar
What to expect: Boulud Sud is the newest concept by Chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group in the former db bistro location. The new blue hues transport you into a space that welcomes the refined fare of the sea. Inside the JW Marriott, this dining space caters to the visual presentation as well as taste.

The Menu: The clean menu highlights what’s important to note like shareable plates and portions by denoting small, medium or large. Special sauces are listed to the right to go along with a variety of grilled meats. There is also a small pasta section.

What to order: This is a great place for family style dining. Of course, we also recommend you venture out and try one of their entrees such as the seared branzino or veal ossobuco.

Lamb Flatbread: All the elements you need in one bite: savory, crunchy and creamy. There are slices of eggplant arranged over the lamb meat, then topped with pine nuts, pomegranate seeds and a dollop of Greek yogurt. We all reached for the last slice!

Chicken Tagine: First impressions do matter, and the unveiling of the Chicken Tagine dish met all expectations. Under the chicken thighs is a bed of couscous and cauliflower rice in a sweet, lip-smacking sauce with chunks of pineapple and sauteed greens. This large serving can definitely be shared, especially if you ordered an appetizer.

Agnolotti Pasta: Bringing autumn back with warm flavors from the pumpkin and sage. A comforting dish indeed. Each creamy bite is matched with ricotta salata, bits of caramelized bacon, and pepitas. Order a small or large portion depending on how hungry you are feeling.

How to score a table: Make your reservations and enjoy amazing food paired with delicious wines. They are on OpenTable.
