The Hungry Post’s Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an intimate and interactive evening that will always include bites and cocktails.

We hosted the first cocktail-making class of 2022 at Amara at Paraiso’s rooftop deck. On Tuesday, April 19th starting at 6PM, Hungries joined us at Chef Michael Schwartz’s waterfront restaurant in Edgewater, for an incredible view of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach.

To match the views, we put together a Latin-inspired menu of Amara at Paraiso’s greatest snacks and appetizers including short rib empanadas and cheese puffs! Hungries also received a welcome Courvoisier cocktail before starting the class.

While enjoying Amara at Paraiso’s sunset bites, the team of talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two refreshing Courvoisier cocktail, one shaken and the other stirred.

This Front Row Experience included a table side class, three Courvoisier cocktails, and bites by Amara at Paraiso.
