Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.
We recently hosted a cocktail-making class at Brasserie Laurel in Downtown. On Wednesday, July 19th, Hungries joined us at this French-inspired restaurant for cocktails, food, and an interactive class.
Chef Michael Beltran created a delicious menu of bites inspired by Miami’s flavors paired with crafted cocktails by Courvoisier. Dishes included Oysters with shallot mignonette; Foie Gras Pâté with cognac gelée, and country loaf; and Burger au Poivre with gruyère and caramelized onion on a brioche bun.
Hungries received a welcome Courvoisier cocktail before the start of the cocktail-making class. While enjoying bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make delicious Courvoisier cocktails.
This Front Row Experience included a table-side cocktail class, three Courvoisier cocktails, and bites by Brasserie Laurel.
