Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.
We recently hosted a cocktail-making at Erba, located in Coral Gables. On Thursday, November 30th, Hungries joined us at Chef Niven Patel’s newest Italian-inspired restaurant with burgundy and gold-colored finishes. We enjoyed an incredible afternoon while learning how to make delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails and munching on light Italian aperitivos.
Chef Niven Patel put together an incredible menu of Erba’s greatest hits. Dishes included Agnolotti stuffed with wagyu beef cheeks, caramelized onions and robiola bosina; Wahoo Crudo with first harvest olive oil, Fresno chili, and cilantro vinaigrette; and Mozzarella Arancini with prosciutto di San Daniele, and roasted tomato.
Before starting this interactive cocktail-making class, Hungries received a welcome Brugal 1888 Rum cocktail. While enjoying Italian bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails, one stirred and one shaken.
This Front Row Experience included a table side cocktail class, three cocktails featuring Brugal 1888 Rum, and bites by Erba.
