Cocktail-Making Class at Kissaki

Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.

We recently hosted a cocktail-making class at Kissaki. On Thursday, September 5th, Hungries joined us at this NYC Japanese restaurant located in South Beach for an evening of cocktails, bites and an interactive class.

The amazing team at Kissaki created an incredible Japanese and sushi menu to perfectly pair with Brugal 1888 Rum craft cocktails. Dishes included Spicy Cucumber Salad with crunchy garlic sauce, togarashi and sesame; Momo Yakitori with scallion and koji-tare; Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice with toro tartare, serrano chili and soy butter; Salmon Maki with plum soy, sesame seeds and chives; and Wagyu Fried Rice with peached Jidori Egg and scallion. Hungries received a welcome Brugal 1888 Rum cocktail before the start of the cocktail-making class. While enjoying sushi, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails. This Front Row Experience included a table side cocktail class, three Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails, and bites by Kissaki.
