Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.

We recently hosted the first cocktail-making class at Klaw Rooftop. On Wednesday, August 30th, Hungries joined us at Edgewater’s first and only rooftop located at Miami’s Historic Women’s Club. We enjoyed the most incredible view of Biscayne Bay, all while learning how to make delicious cocktails featuring The Macallan and munching on light sunset bites.

To match the stunning views, Corporate Executive Chef Phil Campbell and Executive Chef Michael Paley put together an incredible menu of Klaw’s greatest snacks and appetizers to perfectly pair with crafted cocktails by The Macallan. Dishes included Stracciatella with marinated heirloom tomatoes, and Thai basil; Grouper Ceviche with coconut milk, aji amarillo, avocado, and plantain chips; Beef Tartare Toast with smoked chile romesco, capers, and cornichon creme fraiche on a multigrain toast.

Before starting this interactive cocktail making class, Hungries received a welcome cocktail featuring The Macallan. While enjoying bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious cocktails with The Macallan, one stirred and one shaken.
