The Hungry Post is hosted a cocktail-making class at Le Jardinier, the first of the year, thanks to:

Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.

We recently hosted the first cocktail-making class of the year at Le Jardinier. On WednesdayJanuary 24th, Hungries joined us at Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli’s French restaurant, located in the heart of Miami’s Design District for an interactive afternoon. We learned how to make the most delicious cocktails featuring The Macallan, all while enjoying light bites and the most amazing violinist playing in the background.

To match the restaurant’s stunning modern space, Chef Verzeroli put together a delicious menu to perfectly pair with crafted cocktails by The Macallan. Dishes included Tuna TartareAvocado MousseBeef BrochettesCrab Cakes and MustardBeet and Orange and Gruyère cheese Gougères.

Before starting this interactive cocktail making class, Hungries received the most delicious  welcome cocktail featuring The Macallan, Le Petit Croissant garnished with a chocolate circle and a little croissant. While enjoying bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious cocktails with The Macallan, one stirred and one shaken. Brand Specialist Goose, led a special education session on the brand.

This Front Row Experience included a table side cocktail class, three cocktails featuring The Macallan, and bites by Le Jardinier.
