Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.

We recently hosted a cocktail-making class at Level 6. On ThursdayJune 27th, Hungries joined us at this Coconut Grove rooftop lounge and restaurant with amazing views of Biscayne Bay for a summer afternoon of cocktails, tapas, and an interactive class.

The team at Level 6 created an incredible Spanish tapas menu to perfectly pair with Brugal 1888 Rum craft cocktails. Dishes included Spanish CharcuteriePan con TomateHongos Croquettes with porcini crema, truffle pearls and chervil; Octopus with chickpea, fingerling potato, salsa verde, spanish olive oil, paprika and caper; Wagyu Skirt Steak with romesco sauce, agrodolce onion, veal jus and crispy potato; Brussel Bravas with brava sauce, parmesan pangrattato, aïoli, and manchego cheese; Romana Salad with baby gem lettuce, green goddess, pickled onion, truffle cheese, chives, and sunflower seeds; and La Flor, a passion fruit curd with gelato and yuzu caramel citrus whipped cream to end the night on a sweet note.

Hungries received a welcome Brugal 1888 Rum cocktail before the start of the cocktail-making class. While enjoying Spanish tapas, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails.

This Front Row Experience included a table side cocktail class, three Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails, and shared bites by Level 6.

Here is what went down at this sold-out event! Did you join us this time? If you couldn’t make it, you can still come to our next one at Doya coming up real soon…
