Are you ready to get a little bit more intimate and a lot more interactive?! The Hungry Post Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an evening that will always include bites and cocktails. It’s a chance to connect with new friends with similar interests, especially when dining out.

We recently hosted a cocktail-making class at MAMO. On Thursday, September 5th, Hungries joined us at one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Brickell featuring a brightly lit dining room with white tablecloths for an evening of cocktails, bites and an interactive class.

The team at MAMO created an incredible Italian menu to perfectly pair with Brugal 1888 Rum craft cocktails. Dishes included Fried Artichokes, Cacio e Pepe; Octopus and Chickpeas Salad with tomatoes, lemon and cherry peppers; Roasted Carrots, Whipped Ricotta, Pistachios, Orange; Beef Carpaccio with avocado, arugula, pecorino and raspberries; and Focaccia al Tartufo with parmesan cheese, cantal cheese and fresh truffle.

Hungries received a welcome Brugal 1888 Rum cocktail before the start of the cocktail-making class. While enjoying Italian bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails.

This Front Row Experience included a table side cocktail class, three Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails, and bites by MAMO.
