We recently hosted the first cocktail-making class of the year at MOMENTO by Ikaro located in Downtown. On Thursday, February 13th, Hungries joined us at this new Spanish and Ecuadorian restaurant by the chefs behind Michelin-starred Ikaro in La Rioja, Spain, for an evening filled with cocktails, bites, and an interactive class.

The team at MOMENTO by Ikaro created an incredible menu to perfectly pair with Brugal 1888 Rum craft cocktails. Dishes included Patatas Bravas with spicy brava sauce and creamy aioli; Fried Calamari with creamy garlic aioli; Tuna Tartare; Wood-Fired Lamb Chops; Wild Mushroom Rice with saffron, garlic, vegetables and smoky paprika; 16 oz Prime Flat Meat; and more.

Hungries received a welcome Brugal 1888 Rum cocktail before the start of class. While enjoying Spanish-Ecuadorian bites, talented mixologists went from table to table personalizing this experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make two delicious Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails.

This event included a table side cocktail class, three cocktails featuring Brugal 1888 Rum, and shared dishes by MOMENTO by Ikaro.
