The Hungry Post’s Front Row Experiences are for those looking for an intimate and interactive evening that will always include bites and cocktails.
On July 14, 2021, we hosted the first Courvoisier cocktail-making class at Amara at Paraiso, Chef Michael Schwartz’s waterfront restaurant & rooftop in Edgewater.
Amara at Paraiso brought the Latin flavor with octopus tacos, yucca cheese puffs, grilled chorizo and more.
Hungries also had the opportunity to learn from the team of talented mixologists that went from table to table personalizing this Front Row Experience and teaching the soon-to-be cocktail masters how to make a French Twist and Courvoisier Old Fashioned.
