We held an exclusive Miami Slice Pizza Party for Los Socios (and this time, we opened some limited spots for non-Socios) at The Gibson Room, the recently reopened neighborhood bar on Coral Way, now under Miami Slice Hospitality. On Thursday, February 26, members and guests gathered at 6:30 PM for a night of Brugal 1888 Rum cocktails, the most sought out slices in Miami y el mejor ambientico.

Slice flavors included the Pepperoni Proper with hot honey, the Mushroom Truffle, and the exclusive Brugal Blanc only for Los Socios. The cocktail menu featured Chef Negroni, Brugal Rouge, and Old Cuban all made with Brugal 1888 Rum.
