We hosted another Brunch Club on Saturday, March 26th at Byblos, one of our favorite Eastern Mediterranean restaurants in Miami Beach.

Known for its sharing-style dishes rich in spices and flavor, Byblos was the perfect spot for a delicious and fun restaurant outing with friends. Currently, they’re only open for dinner, but for Saturday’s Brunch Club, they created an unbeatable brunch menu.

Hungries started to arrive at 1 PM. We kicked off the day, with a Dano’s Tequila Happy Hour until 3 PM with refreshing cocktails like the Marakesh Garden with Dano’s Tequila, cold-pressed cucumber and celery juice, fresh mint, fresh lime juice; and the Habibi Marguerite with Dano’s Tequila, Jojo’s spices strawberry tea, and fresh lime juice.

The brunch menu showcased Byblos’ staple dishes such as the Truffle Pide with búfalo mozzarella, halloumi, shaved black truffle; and the Hummus Royale with beef tenderloin tips, pine nuts, pomegranate molasses paired with the fluffiest house made pita. Brunch-inspired dishes with a Mediterranean twist included Shakshuka eggs, Buttermilk Qatayef pancakes with rose cream, pistachio, pomegranate, date syrup; and the Chicken and Waffles with Middle Eastern fried chicken and date syrup.

After this sit-down feast, the Brunch Club continued with Dano’s Tequila cocktails, bottle service, and reggaeton tunes by DJ André Ferro and Ricky Fernandez throughout the vibrant restaurant space. The Brunch Club went on all night long as Hungries made their way to Byblos’ speakeasy lounge for a full-party vibe, dancing to those reggaeton tunes we know you love.
