We couldn’t think of a better way to start the year than with The Hungry Post Brunch Club on Saturday, January 29th, at Juvia. The weather was more than breezy. But we loved wearing our winter jackets. Especially for this outdoor, day-to-night experience at one of Miami’s classic rooftops.
Hungries rounded up their friends for a day filled with cocktails by Sipsmith, London’s quintessential dry gin, an Asian-inspired brunch with a Peruvian twist, and some reggaeton.
Brunch at Juvia featured Wagyu beef gyozas, smoked salmon Benedict with a yuzu hollandaise, and beef katsu sandwich served with a wasabi aioli for dipping. Those that arrived later, munched on mini chicken empanadas and tequeños with guacamole.
Our Sipsmith’s Happy Hour took place from 1 PM – 3 PM and included a Lychee Martini and Strawberry Collins. Did you try one? Maybe two?
The Brunch Club went on all night long and we saw you dancing to those reggaeton tunes. Thanks for stopping by. We can’t wait to see your pretty little faces soon.
