The Hungry Post Dining Club at Los Félix was a fun way to bring a group of individuals together who share a passion for exceptional cuisine and cocktails. And, as an extra treat for basketball fans, Glen Rice attended this dining club, made a few cocktails for guests and even stayed for dinner.

The Hungry Post Dining Club was a one-of-a-kind experience exclusive for DashPass members. On WednesdayNovember 8th, we took over Los Félix for an unforgettable evening. Let’s just say this wasn’t a regular night at one of our favorite restaurants. We made it extra special with a Krüs Kitchen x Los Félix dinner featuring their greatest hits.

Los Félix & Krüs Kitchen are two separate restaurants by the same owners under the same roof. While both are amazing spots, dining usually means choosing between Los Félix, known for its heirloom corn-centric concept, or Krüs Kitchen, the seasonal restaurant located upstairs.

During The Hungry Post Dining Club event, DashPass holders didn’t have to make that decision. Chef Sebastian Vargas whipped up a menu that showcased dishes from both culinary concepts. Menu highlights included Dynamite Popcorn with grass fed beef tallow, achiote, black pepper, chipotle criollo and vinegar powder; Krüs Bread with fermented ramps butter, black garlic butter and sea salt; Grilled Oyster Mushrooms with red miso & potato, crispy quinoa, scallions and herb oil; Duck Tamal with pepper criolla, roasted pepitas, black garlic and hazelnut mole; Pork Cheek Carnitas braised with orange & chiles, red onions, sunflower sprouts, marigold, and hazelnut macha; and more.

This family-style dinner at Los Félix was available exclusively to DashPass holders. Everyone who attended the dinner got a Hungry Post Dining Club tote bag with a DoorDash water bottle, Hungry Post cap, and fresh masa from Los Félix for guests to make their own tortillas at home.
