The Hungry Post Dining Club presented by Brugal 1888 Rum featured the most epic restaurant collaborations in Miami.

Amidst the thriving Miami dining scene, our dinner club stands out for its unparalleled value, level of cooking, and access to restaurants that are not easy to get into. At $120 (all inclusive), you’re dining at Miami’s hottest restaurants, featuring never-before-seen chef collaborations with a unique, one-night-only menu.

For the fourth and last dinner of this series, Chef Allan Esterhuizen of LPM Restaurant and Bar teamed up with Chef Tam Pham of Tâm Tâm.

The incredible duo prepared a menu that fused Vietnamese and French Mediterranean flavors. Dishes included Vietnamese Beef Carpaccio with Chili lime fish sauce vinaigrette, watercress and pickled Fresno; Burrata with balsamic soy sauce, pickled starfruits, Thai basil oil and crispy shallots; Salade De Chou-Fleur with cauliflower and almond & caraway dressing; Escargots De Bourgogne with garlic butter and parsley; Chicken Paté with chili pineapple jam and pickles; Bar Du Chili Grillé a grilled Chilean sea bass with chili and lemon confit; Short Rib Curry Pasta with fresh herbs and lime; Broccolini with shrimp crumbs, scallion and cilantro; Riz a Provençal rice pilaf; Gâteau Au Fromage Frais a vanilla cheesecake with berry compote; and Mousse Au Chocolat Chaud Et Glace À L’Orge with malt ice cream.

The menu was paired with three crafted cocktails featuring Brugal 1888 Rum: St Tropez to Hanoi with lemongrass honey, lime and champagne; Saigon Punch with Cointreau, sesame orgeat, raspberry water, rice milk and citrus; and Pandan Mode with Ricard, soy sauce, angostura bitters and pandan syrup.

Everyone who attended the dinner got a Brugal 1888 Rum & The Hungry Post Dining Club tote bag with thank you cards; branded Brugal 1888 Rum Negroni tins; The Hungry Post branded hats and stickers; an LPM Restaurant and Bar dinner voucher; and Tâm Tâm‘s house made serrano lime hot sauce.
