The Hungry Post Dining Club presented by Brugal 1888 Rum featured the most epic restaurant collaborations in Miami.

Amidst the thriving Miami dining scene, our dinner club stands out for its unparalleled value, level of cooking, and access to restaurants that are not easy to get into. At $120 (all inclusive), you’re dining at Miami’s hottest restaurants, featuring never-before-seen chef collaborations with a unique, one-night-only menu.

For the third dinner of this series, Chef Mike Pirolo of Macchialina teamed up with Chef Valeria Chang from Maty’s and Chef Nando Chang from Itamae AO.

The incredible team prepared a menu inspired by Italian, Nikkei and Peruvian flavors. Dishes included Polenta Fritta with corn salad and Peruvian pesto; Corn Arancini with charred corn and sweet corn huancaina; Corn Dashi; Broccolini with anticuchera and toasted breadcrumbs; Tuna Crudo with melon and calabrian chili; Crispy Endive Salad with chulpe, gorgonzola and ají amarillo vinaigrette; Gnocchi Di Patate with spiny lobster chupe; Tagliatelle with capretto al seco; Tacu Tacu Al Salto with honey and lemon; and Zrppole Santa Rosa with mamey, jackfruit and starfruit.

The menu was paired with three crafted cocktails featuring Brugal 1888 Rum: Chichamericano with Sirene, purple corn and soda; Ojo de Tigre with Italicus, cilantro and citrus; and Leche De Lucuma with Faccia Brutto, amontillado sherry and clarified lucuma.

Everyone who attended the dinner got a Brugal 1888 Rum & The Hungry Post Dining Club tote bag with thank you cards; branded Brugal 1888 Rum Negroni tins; The Hungry Post branded hats and stickers; and a branded Macchialina lighter and magnet.
