The Hungry Post Dining Club presented by Brugal 1888 Rum featured the most epic restaurant collaborations in Miami.

Amidst the thriving Miami dining scene, our dinner club stands out for its unparalleled value, level of cooking, and access to restaurants that are not easy to get into. At $120 (all inclusive), you’re dining at Miami’s hottest restaurants, featuring never-before-seen chef collaborations with a unique, one-night-only menu.

For the first dinner of this series, legendary Chef Michael Schwartz and Chef Bradley Herron of Michael’s Genuine teamed up with Chefs Maria Teresa Gallina and Nico Martinez, the duo behind Recoveco, one of Miami’s best new restaurants (yes, we said it).

The team prepared a simple menu bursting with modern American flavors. Dishes included Chilled Key West Pink Shrimp with white soy ponzu and avocado; Grass Fed Beef Tongue Pizza with chimichurri and sesame; Wood Roasted Coppa with moruno rub, mussels, mussel emulsion, white beans and peperonata; Coffee Custard with brûlée banana, passionfruit sorbet and plantain crisp, and more.

The menu was paired with three crafted cocktails featuring Brugal 1888 Rum: Tanagers Collins with yuzu, lemon and Topo Chico; Rum Revival with Averna, pineapple, lime and chai; and Monkey See, Monkey Doo with rye, banana, maple and bitters.

Everyone who attended the dinner got a Brugal 1888 Rum & The Hungry Post Dining Club tote bag with thank you cards, branded Brugal 1888 Rum Negroni tins, and The Hungry Post branded hats and stickers.
