The Hungry Post First Blueprint Panel in Miami

The Hungry Post hosted the very first Posh Blueprint Panel in Miami — an event all about celebrating community. We gathered some of the most inspiring people who have been building communities in Miami and across the U.S.

A huge thank you to Posh for making this happen, to FURIA Street for keeping everyone happy with burgers, to Cocuy La Capilla for the cocktail specials, and to our venue partners The Moore Building and Oaxaca Mi Alma for hosting us.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE SPEAKERS

• Hugo Vizcarra (Café Grooves) and Jonathan Beltrán shared the story of their concept and their exciting plans to expand, including opening a brick-and-mortar coffee space.
• Alan Dahdah (Club Tab) reflected on successes, pivots in the nightlife business, and how he went from running parties to becoming a club owner — always innovating and trying something new.
• María Sofía Smith gave us insights into balancing her family business, a corporate career, and supporting her sister Corina Smith’s first music tour.
• Alejandra Cangas spoke about juggling family and work while also sharing how Hungry Post has grown and evolved.
• Andrea Becerra, our own “MC of the night,” kept the energy flowing and guided the panel with her usual sharp perspective.
• Jacob Bzowski (Good Hospitality) closed with powerful insights into how one of Miami’s top hospitality groups manages projects and delivers outstanding guest experiences.
