On Thursday, August 20, in partnership with Mastercard we took over Matilda, one of Chicago’s most exciting restaurants in River North, for an evening of unexpected Mexican flavors by Michelin-recognized Chef José Luis Chávez, featuring fire-roasted vegetables, grilled meats, ceviche, and signature cocktails.
