On Friday, July 31, starting at 6:30 PM, we took over Lion’s Den (the little club on the second floor of Fooq’s) for a viral NYC apartment dinner party with Maximo Mander. 

For one night, we turned this speakeasy lounge into Maximo’s apartment. He cooked three types of pasta and a tiramisu tower, all while we were sipping cocktails, mingling, and dancing under a disco ball. 

Think Tomato, Ragú, and Truffle pastas paired with Brugal 1888 Rum Espresso Martinis, Scarlet Negronis, and Passion Fruit Mojitos. 

DJ Chelo was in charge of the music and successfully set the mood para arrancar el fin de semana con un plan super diferente!
