The Hungry Post Sunset Party at Fabel Miami is presented by:

Wyndwood’s chicest rooftop, Fabel, is where you absolutely had to be in Miami on Saturday, June 17th.

The Hungry Post hosted a Sunset Party to officially welcome the summer season, and we hope you didn’t miss it.

Guests started to arrive at 4 PM at Wynwood’s most stunning rooftop that instantly transports you to Mykonos or St. Tropez with its chic wooden furniture and white drapes throughout the space.

Hungries sipped on refreshing Tanqueray coctelitos, munched on the most delicious Mediterranean sunset bites, and enjoyed an exclusive Tanqueray Happy Hour from 4 PM to 6 PM.

As for the food, menu highlights included Prime Beef Carpaccio with charred caper berry, pickled red onion, isot pepper, and sesame; Fabel Hummus with olive oil, parsley, paprika, and onion tahini; Aroa Labneh with sipcy aleppo chili crisp, garlic chive, and nigella seed; Za’Atar Lavash; Jerusalem Bagel; Zak’s Challah; and more.

Lets just say that, la fiesta estuvo increíble! No Sunset Party is complete without some real reggaeton, and this was no exception! Hungries danced on tables toda la noche to the best Latin tunes played by our all-time favorite Miami DJs: Ricky Fernandez, DJ Hassa, and DJ Andre Ferro.
