CVLTVRA is where you bring friends from out of town and you want to be all fancy, but still enjoy familiar dishes from home.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Vibrant colors around every corner highlight the aesthetic of the restaurant. This is just the place for catching up with office friends after work—at the bar—or around a large dining table.
The Menu
Tapas style predominates this menu. Perfect for sharing and trying just about everything. Your best option is to order 2-3 dishes per person and dig in.
What to order
Under Vegetales, make sure to get an order of the Fried Yuccas Croquettes. Then move over to Del Mar for some Tuna Tiradito. 
If you rather keep your hands on your own plate, then scroll down to the Carnitas section of the menu for larger items like the Worcestershire Braised Short Rib.
Grilled Octopus: The large tentacle lays over braised beans, roasted tomato, and curry & orange sauce. It was a good amount of tender meat with a little kick in the mix. Can easily be split between three people.
