What to expect: If you’ve visited Downtown Doral you’re familiar with the outdoor setting and relaxed atmosphere. Gusto has a similar vibe with indoor and outdoor seating for any occasion. Feel free to come for a birthday dinner with your crew or for date-night with your boo.

The Menu: Before ordering chat with your group and ask the million dollar question…”tapas or nah?” Gusto has a ton of delicious tapas to choose from and are perfect for sharing. If you’re starving and want to keep your plate to yourself you can definitely opt for a full entree.

What to order:
Arancini: Fried rice balls stuffed with short rib. Shall we say more? We’ve had Arancini many times but we loved this version with the short rib surprise in the center. Candied onion and gruyere cheese bring this tapa together with a sweet touch.

Arrocito Del Mar: If you’re in a seafood mood definitely order this dish! It’s packed with the freshest shrimp, calamari, mussels and clams. It’s served in a skillet and it’s very filling!

Carpaccio: This classic never disappoints for a refreshing start to a hearty, Italian meal. The beef carpaccio is topped with fresh arugula, sautéed mushrooms and tomato confit.

Chocolate Brownie: End the night on a high note with a warm chocolate brownie and vanilla ice-cream. Caramel popcorn and chocolate drizzle make this dessert that much sweeter!
