What to expect: We love Pisco y Nazca for many reasons but one of them is their open space layout. You have the option to sit at the bar for an interactive experience, indoors for an intimate feel or outdoors to enjoy the breeze.

The Menu: The menu is broken into different fields: chef’s recommendations, ceviche (yup, this deserves its’ own section!), starters, larger plates for sharing and entrees. We also appreciate the cocktail menu with a wide range of wines, spirits and Peruvian classics!

What to order:

Mushroom Ceviche: Who would have thought that swapping fish for mushrooms totally works. This dish is filled with three different types of wild mushrooms, pieces of tender sweet potato, submerged in two types of Leche De Tigre and topped off with crunchy quinoa. If you always order ceviche for the table we encourage you to try our new favorite!

Causa de Pollo: A new causa made its’ way to the spring menu! Layers of whipped potato, chicken in a special sauce and fresh avocado bring the dish altogether. We recommend ordering one to share.

Conchitas a la Parmesana: If we had to pick our favorite from the new Spring Menu this is it!  This appetizer is served on seashells with a scallop in the center. The best part… generous amounts of Grana Padano cheese on top with lime juice and garlic chips before baking in the oven. We already made a mental note to come back and order a few of these with a round of Pisco Sours.

Chicken Wok: For a filling and savory dish we recommend ordering the reinvented Lomo Saltado. They swapped the beef for chicken and papitas for noodles!

How to score a table: Walk-ins are welcomed or you can book a reservation on OpenTable!
