These are the best new restaurants on Miami Spice in 2026.

The August heat is brutal, but at least Miami Spice is back. From August 1 to September 30, local restaurants are offering 3-course prix-fixe menus: $40 for lunch or brunch and $50 to $65 for dinner.

This guide is for the new restaurants doing Miami Spice for the first time in 2026. Some are recent openings; others have been around but are new to the program. The cherry on top: you get to try something new without committing to full price.
