These are the best restaurants on Miami Spice in 2025

Miami Spice happens during the city’s slow season (August and September), and it’s your chance to try a lineup of restaurants at a friendlier price. Not every Miami Spice menu is worth it, but if you’ve been with us for a while, you know we’ll always send you to the right spots.

Your days are limited, but the good news is we’ve narrowed down the options. These are the 9 restaurants with the best menus, the ones we’d hit before Miami Spice is over. Until September 30th, participating spots are serving 3-course meals for lunch, brunch, or dinner at prices you can’t ignore: $35 for lunch, $35 for brunch, and $45–$60 for dinner.

DANIEL’S

Neighborhood: Coral Gables
Address: 1500 San Ignacio Ave
Cuisine: Steakhouse, seafood
Miami Spice availability: Lunch Tuesday to Friday; dinner Sunday to Thursday; Sunday brunch
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE

We’re in luck. Daniel’s, a Florida steakhouse from the team behind Fiola, has just opened in Coral Gables, taking over the former space of the Italian spot. Their Michelin-recommended Fort Lauderdale location set the tone, and this will be their second location in South Florida.

Most steakhouses are dim and moody, but Daniel’s is warm, bright, and great for family steak dinners, birthdays, client outings, or even an anniversary. They focus on seasonality and quality, sourcing ingredients locally, and importing products like 100% Coratina olive oil straight from Puglia.

And here’s the kicker: while most Miami Spice menus either skip the steak or charge extra, Daniel’s includes a proper filet with no upcharge.

Here’s what we order: Start with the Wagyu & Pearls or the Baby Romaine Basil Caesar. For your main, the 6 oz Demkota Heritage Prime Filet Mignon with housemade fries is a no-brainer. End with the tiramisu or vanilla soft serve to keep it classic.

DOUBLE KNOT

Neighborhood: Wynwood
Address: 2550 NW 2nd Ave
Cuisine: Japanese, sushi, izakaya
Miami Spice availability: Dinner every day
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE

Double Knot, the Philly-born izakaya from Chef Michael Schulson, is now open in Wynwood with a Japanese pub-style menu that offers one of the most flexible Miami Spice menus this year.

You build your meal across six categories. Start with one dish each from their Cold, Small, and Crispy sections. That could mean Tuna Tartare, Wagyu Soup Dumpling, and Japanese Fried Chicken. Next, choose a Robatayaki skewer, a main, and a side. Options include over 20 skewers like Kobe beef, mains such as Broiled Seabass or Tonkatsu, and sides like Black Cod Fried Rice or Crispy Brussels.

COTE

Neighborhood: Design District
Address: 3900 NE 2nd Ave
Cuisine: Korean Steakhouse
Miami Spice availability: Lunch Monday to Friday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $50–60 at lunch

The Design District has been home to this Korean Steakhouse since 2021. With neon lights brightening up the dimly lit dining room, this is where you’re bringing your bougie co-workers for a Spice lunch. It’s also a great spot for a long Friday lunch with friends.

Start with the Waldorf Salad or the Steak Tartare, followed by the Optimus Prime, thinly sliced USDA prime rib on La Provence French baguette with provolone cheese. Or get the Limited Edition Fried Chicken, an organic chicken that is brined overnight with a crispy fried layer, that comes with white and dark meat, pickled daikon, and sweet and tangy sauce. We don’t love upcharges, but if you’d like, for+$29, order the Butcher’s Lunch. It comes with a USDA prime hanger steak, 45+ days dry-aged ribeye, and marinated galbi grilled tableside, accompanied by kimchi stew and egg soufflé. End your meal the COTE way with a Vanilla Soft Serve with soy sauce caramel.

BOUCHON BISTRO

Neighborhood: Coral Gables
Address: 2101 Galiano St
Cuisine: French
Miami Spice availability: Lunch Friday to Sunday; dinner Wednesday to Sunday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $35–45 at dinner

For those who love a classic, elevated, and French experience, Bouchon Bistro is a must-visit. Their Miami Spice menu offers popular dishes like Escargots de Bourgogne, Burgundy snails baked in parsley-garlic butter and served with Bouchon Bakery puff pastry, as an appetizer. For the main course, you’ll find the Steak Frites, a pan-seared filet steak with caramelized shallots and maître d’hôtel butter, served with French fries. And to finish, the decadent Bouchons au Chocolat, with dark chocolate sauce, cocoa nibs, and vanilla ice cream. Although they don’t tell us the size of the Steak Frites, we still think this is a good Miami Spice deal, especially because not many participating restaurants include steak as an option on their menu.

PAYA

Neighborhood: South Beach
Address: 1209 17th St
Cuisine: Caribbean, island inspired
Miami Spice availability: Dinner every day
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $25–30 at dinner

We love it when restaurants put some of their best dishes on the Miami Spice menu, and this is why Paya is on this list. This island-inspired restaurant and bar comes from Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel, the duo behind FEAL Hospitality, known for Erba and Ghee Indian Kitchen. The menu pulls inspiration from the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and the islands of Spain, places where both have lived, worked, and traveled. Ingredients are sourced directly from Chef Niven’s Rancho Patel and paired with tropical, farm-to-glass cocktails.

For Miami Spice, you can start with the Coconut Wahoo Ceviche with leche de tigre, avocado, cachucha peppers, and island chips, the Wagyu Beef Tartare with pickles, chives, and boniato potato pavé, or the Truffle Brie Grilled Cheese layered with mango jam on Sullivan Street sourdough. Mains include the Lemongrass Glazed Daily Catch in a coconut curry broth, the Prime Skirt Steak with baby tomato salad, red onions, and black pepper ranch, or the Chicken Tikka Masala with roasted tomato, fenugreek, and caramelized onions. Dessert options are the Rum Cake with vanilla bean ice cream and toffee or the Coconut Key Lime Tart with Florida strawberries and chantilly cream.

LPM stands out for its French Mediterranean and Niçoise cuisine, with a setting inspired by the French Riviera. It’s the kind of place you save for a special occasion, with refined hospitality, vibes, and food.

For Miami Spice, start with the Calamars Frits, crispy calamari with paprika and green chili. The Marinated Baby Chicken with lemon confit is one of our favorite dishes in Miami, so get it as a main course. End with the Vanilla Cheesecake with berry compote, another one of our favorites.

MAMO

Neighborhood: Brickell
Address: 931 Brickell Ave
Cuisine: Italian
Miami Spice availability: Lunch every day; dinner Sunday to Friday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $40–45 at dinner

Go on Friday. Mamo is where you want to be in Brickell when you’re looking to feel lux but not overwhelmed. The intimate, brightly lit dining room features a beautiful beige bar and a classic Italian aesthetic with white tablecloths and earth tones. Service is 10 out of 10, and the food truly hits the spot.

It is the kind of place to visit with a big group that loves to wine and dine, so you can share a little bit of everything. Start with the Fried Artichoke seasoned with cacio e pepe or the Tonno Scottato with seared tuna, orange, capers, and basil. What makes their Miami Spice menu stand out is the pasta, since there are several to choose from, which is a rare find on Spice. Options include La Nostra Cacio & Pepe with fresh Calabrian maccheroni, cheese, black pepper, lemon, and sage, Rigatoni alla Bolognese, and Cavatelli with branzino, cherry tomato, olives, capers, and basil. There is also the Tagliata di Manzo, skirt steak tagliata with peppercorn sauce and fries, and for dessert the Millefoglie al Pistacchio e Lamponi, a pistachio and raspberry layered pastry.

SHISO

Neighborhood: Wynwood
Address: 239 NW 28th St
Cuisine: Asian, Japanese
Miami Spice availability: Dinner Wednesday to Sunday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $30–35 at dinner

Chef Raheem Sealey, known for his work at KYU and Drinking Pig BBQ, brings his blend of Caribbean flavors and Japanese technique to Shiso, an Asian smokehouse in Wynwood built around wood-fired barbecue. Not all Miami Spice menus are offered on a weekend,s and we like that Shiso does.

For Miami Spice, start with the Stracciatella served with shiso pesto, XO sauce, honey, and sourdough, or the Bluefin Tuna with smoked pepper relish, red shiso, and chili oil. Entrées include the Smoked Sticky Ribs with puffed rice furikake or the Oxtail Udon Noodle with braised oxtail, jus, and cured egg yolk. For dessert, go with the Japanese Sweet Potato Cheesecake with passionfruit sorbet and kinako yuzu crumble, or the Miso Flan Donatsu dusted in spiced sugar.

RAO’S

Neighborhood: South Beach
Address: : 1601 Collins Ave
Cuisine: Italian-American
Miami Spice availability: Dinner Wednesday to Sunday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $50–60 at dinner

Remember that scene in The Wolf of Wall Street when Jordan Belfort meets with private investigator Bo Dietl? The one where Bo warns him that the FBI is closing in? That moment was filmed at the original Rao’s in New York, one of the hardest reservations to land.

Rao’s brought that same old school charm to Miami Beach when it opened inside the Loews Hotel, and if you haven’t made it in yet, Miami Spice is a smart way to check it out. Last year, Miami Spice at Rao’s was only on Thursday. This year you can go on the weekend.

Start with the Mozzarella Carozza, a fried mozzarella sandwich with marinara and lemon garlic wine sauce, or Rao’s Traditional Meatballs. For your entrée, go for Uncle Vincent’s famous Lemon Chicken or the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. Finish with a slice of classic New York Cheesecake.

LIDO RESTAURANT AT THE SURF CLUB

Neighborhood: Surfside
Address:
9011 Collins Ave
Cuisine:
Italian, Mediterranean
Miami Spice availability: Dinner Sunday to Thursday
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
You could be saving around $30–40 at dinner

Located within the legendary Surf Club, a historic beachfront spot that has always been one of the prettiest restaurants in Miami, Lido Restaurant is on Miami Spice, and we think you should go just to sit in that dining room. With a $60 dinner menu, it is reason enough to stop by.

Kick things off with the Lido Carpaccio, wagyu beef carpaccio with soy mayo, pickled pioppini mushrooms, and Parmigiano Reggiano. For mains, choose between the Tortellini alla Norma with eggplant tortellini, tomato coulis, ricotta salata and basil, or the Anatra, Long Island duck with vanilla, peaches, shallots and a balsamic mustard seed jus. Dessert is the Torta Key Lime with toasted meringue and fresh berries.
