These are the best restaurants on Miami Spice in 2026.
Miami Spice happens during the city’s slow season (August and September), and it’s your chance to try a lineup of restaurants at a friendlier price. Not every Miami Spice menu is worth it, but if you’ve been with us for a while, you know we’ll always send you to the right spots.
Your days are limited, but the good news is we’ve narrowed down the options. These are the 13 restaurants with the best menus, the ones we’d hit before Miami Spice is over. Until September 30th, participating spots are serving 3-course meals for lunch, brunch, or dinner at prices you can’t ignore: $40 for lunch or brunch and $50 to $65 for dinner.

We’re usually not into an upcharge on Miami Spice, but this one is still a pretty great deal. The Butcher’s Feast is normally $82 per person at dinner; here, you’re paying $69 total and also getting an appetizer, not including tax and gratuity.

KOJIN
Neighborhood: Coral Gables
Address: 804 Ponce de Leon
Cuisine: Modern American, Japanese
Miami Spice availability: Dinner Wednesday to Saturday; Saturday brunch.
Book your table: HERE
View menu: HERE
Kojin is a chef-driven concept that works for casual dinners with an elevated menu. We also love a non-Italian dinner in a neighborhood that has a fixation with Italian restaurants. Yes, Coral Gables, we’re talking about you.
Chef Pedro Mederos and his team are cooking over wood, and while the menu is influenced by Japanese cooking, to say that this restaurant is Japanese would be putting them in a box. They love to be inspired by Japanese flavors, but they don’t let a type of cuisine limit what they want to do. It’s very creative.
We definitely recommend brunch. We had the Flat Iron Steak with seasoned white rice, an egg, and miso soup, which was delicious, followed by the Chocolate Tart. But we’d also go back for dinner.
What we’d order:
- Chawanmushi (+10) — Caramelized onion, Fontina foam, Madeira jus.
