We’re now hiring Fall 2026 Interns

Want to get hands-on experience in events, hospitality, media, and experiential marketing?

The Hungry Post is looking for Fall Interns to join our team. You’ll work directly with our team on real events, campaigns, and day-to-day projects while learning how an experiential media and events company operates and grows.

We’re currently hiring for two internship tracks:

1. Events & Operations Intern

For someone who loves events, organization, numbers, and understanding the business behind producing great experiences.

You’ll work closely with our Events & Operations team across event production, finance, and company operations. You’ll learn not only how events come together, but how they are budgeted, paid for, tracked, and made more efficient and profitable.

What you’ll work on:

  • Assist with event planning, production, logistics, and day-of execution.
  • Support event budgets and P&L tracking.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Track and coordinate vendor invoices and vendor payments.
  • Help organize client invoices, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
  • Track event expenses, reimbursements, deposits, and payment deadlines.
  • Help reconcile event revenue from ticketing platforms and other sources.
  • Assist with financial reporting and post-event financial recaps.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and event expenses.
  • Help manage venue, vendor, staffing, and production logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve margins, and make our events more efficient.
  • Support internal operational systems, event calendars, timelines, and company-wide projects.
  • Work alongside the team at select Hungry Post events.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and interested in event production, finance, hospitality, or business operations.
  • You’re someone who wants to understand both sides of the event business: how to produce an amazing experience and how to make the numbers behind it work.

2. Event Social Media & Marketing Intern

For someone who understands that throwing a great event is only half the job — you also have to know how to sell it.

You’ll work with our Marketing and Events teams to build excitement, create content, grow our event community, and ultimately help sell tickets and drive attendance to Hungry Post events.

What you’ll work on:

  • Help develop marketing strategies to drive event awareness and ticket sales.
  • Manage and grow The Hungry Post’s event-focused social media accounts.
  • Create social media content before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with Instagram Stories, Reels, posts, event recaps, and community engagement.
  • Support graphic design for event flyers, social assets, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Help develop creative campaigns, promotions, and ticket-selling strategies.
  • Track social media, marketing, and ticket-sales performance.
  • Assist with email, SMS, influencer, and community marketing initiatives.
  • Capture and coordinate live content during select Hungry Post events.
  • Research social media and event marketing trends and bring new creative ideas to the team.
  • Work alongside the team at select Hungry Post events.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • Creative, social-media obsessed, comfortable with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools, interested in events and hospitality, and excited about learning how to turn great content into sold-out experiences.

WHY THE HUNGRY POST?

You’ll gain real-world experience across events, hospitality, experiential marketing, media, finance, and business operations while working directly with a growing team producing experiences in Miami and other major U.S. markets.

You won’t just watch how events are created — you’ll help make them happen.
