Thanks to Sanpellegrino, we've discovered Italian Ice by Chef Antonio Bachour

The heat isn’t ending anytime soon so here’s the Miami summer dessert you need to stay cool, thanks to:

Sanpellegrino and renowned pastry Chef Antonio Bachour have teamed up to create the Italian Ice at Tablé, located in the Design District.

This collaboration is an ode to the Italian spirit, combining the refreshing versatility of Sanpellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks with Chef Bachour’s culinary mastery. Together, they have crafted the summer dessert you didn’t know you needed to stay cool.

The Italian Ice is available Monday through Sunday at Tablé until the end of September. Expect four scoops showcasing the aromas and flavors found within Sanpellegrino’s Italian Sparkling Drinks.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect from these citrus-forward flavors:

The Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa is a celebration of sun-ripened oranges and blood oranges from Italy. This premium beverage is rose-tinted, sweet, and complimented by the intricate flavors of Sicilian and Calabrian citrus. It’s best savored at temperatures between 43-46°F.

The Sanpellegrino Limonata is a sparkling lemon beverage that takes you to Sicily. Made from the juice of meticulously selected Sicilian lemons, it radiates a soft yellow color with green undertones. Its bright lemon flavor, refreshingly dry profile, and unique flavor are a testament to Italian craftsmanship, making it a favorite since 1960.

The Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia is a blend of juicy oranges with luscious pomegranates. It’s smooth, fresh, tart, and balanced. It’s exactly what you need for a sun-drenched Italian summer.

The Sanpellegrino Pompelmo, is a sparkling grapefruit beverage sourced from the Mediterranean’s citrus groves. It’s sweet, bitter; and you can taste the grapefruits with every sip.
