All “Pho Mi”, None “Pho You”…This place is “Pho real”… we’ll stop with the food puns, but it’s just that this place is so “pho-king” good. The team behind Phuc Yea brings us Pho Mi, a “ghost restaurant” serving classic Vietnamese fare delivered to your door, every weekday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM with items all under $16. We were lucky enough to get a special delivery featuring Pho, Banh Mi (aka Sammie) and Bun (aka Noodles) and we are still drooling over this flavor-filled experience.

We’ll start with the Pho. You can order beef (Pho Bo) or chicken (Pho Ga). The soup base is filled with oodles of rice noodles and topped with bean sprouts, shaved onions, jalapeños and fresh herbs. Not enough? You can add on more jalapeños, “hot as phuc” sauce, egg, and additional protein or broth for an extra fee.
Next up, is the Banh Mi served with house pickles, jalapeños, fresh herbs and Sriracha aioli. There are 5 different sammie options: You can keep it OG and order “The Classic” filled with caramel roasted pork shoulder, switch it up with a Miami twist and opt for the “Banh Mi Cubano” featuring roasted pork, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard butter, or go veggie with Salt n Peppa crispy tofu.

Other menu items include edamame hummus and rice chips, crispy spring rolls, and noodles with a choice of Tofu, Chicken, Pork, or Brisket.
Insider tip: For those who want to “keep it skinny” you can order the low-carb option and substitute your noodle bowl or pho with shirataki noodles instead of rice noodles.
