The Hungry Post Brunch Club at Baby Brasa NYC was presented by:

Baby Brasa, located in the West Village, is where you had to be on Saturday, July 22nd.

We hosted our first-ever NYC Brunch Club at one of our favorite Latin-inspired restaurants in the West Village. The perfect spot for a delicious and fun summer outing with your amiguis.

Hungries started to arrive at 2 PM with their grupitos. Empezámos el día with Strawberry Smash Sipsmith cocktails and a delicious Latin-inspired brunch menu. As guests enjoyed their brunch dishes, talented mixologists went from table to table showing everyone how to recreate three specialty Strawberry Smash Sipsmith cocktails.

The brunch menu showcased Baby Brasa’s staple dishes to share. Menu highlights included: Fish Tacos with coleslaw mix, guacamole, and rocoto aioli; Huevos Rancheros with black beans, ranchero sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, lime, creme fraiche, crispy tortillas, and pickled onions; Steak and Eggs with arugula salad; Chicken & Waffles with maple syrup; and Vegan Tacos, Baja Cali style with crispy avocado.

Once brunch was done, empezó la rumba! Lets just say that, la fiesta estuvo increíble! With their traguitos in hand, guests danced to the latest reggaeton hits by Ricky Fernandez todo el día (y hasta la noche)!

This elevated sit-down brunch experience included one Strawberry Smash Sipsmith bottle service and three brunch dishes by Baby Brasa to be shared family style.
