The Hungry Post hosted its biggest Sunset Party in NYC so far at The DL on Saturday, April 20th

Heeeeey Hungries!

Whether a friend from Miami sent you our way or whether you searched for the best Latin parties in NYC, we were sooooooo happy to have you at our BIGGEST rumba Latina in NYC on Saturday, April 20th.

We hosted the most eeeeeepic afternoon party of all time (that, yes, went on tooooooda la noche) and we really hope you didn’t miss it this time! We packed up Miami’s calorcito and buenas vibras and brought them to New York once again! Only this time, la fiesta was bigger and BETTER than ever before!

Hungries started to arrive at The DL Rooftop in the Lower East Side at 4 PM! The weather was soooo nice that we had the sunroof open and partied al fresco in this urban oasis with velvet lounge chairs, disco balls, hanging greenery and the most incredible views!

We sipped on muchos drinks, munched on light sunset bites, and danced to el mejor reggaetoncito (obvio) throughout the day! Those smart enough to arrive early, skipped the line and enjoyed an exclusive Happy Hour from 4 PM to 6 PM.

As for the food, we had a little bit of everything. Menu highlights included Chicken Quesadilla with four cheese blend, onions, peppers and sour cream aioli; Chicken Lollipops with honey-lemon buffalo sauce; DL Burger with white cheddar, caramelized onions, pickles, lettuce and secret sauce; French Fries with rosemary salt and parmesan; and more.

We don’t want to brag, but this was definitely our best rumba yet! If you know us, you know that no Hungry Post Sunset Party is complete without some buena musiquita Latina and this was obviously no exception. We danced bien pegadito to the latest and greatest tunes played by our favorite DJs: Ricky Fernandez, Juan Diego Viteri and Alex Lerner (a.k.a. DJ Kitsch).

Thank you so much for coming out to party with us one more time Hungries! We were so happy to see your pretty little faces killing it on the dance floor and we definitely can’t wait for la proxima rumba! So stay tuned!
