In this episode, Chef Yukie Horita of Poke Life restaurant, located in Brickell is cooking up some Ginger Chicken. Chef Yukie hand-picked the Chicken Breast Fillets from Wild Fork Foods to prepare her dish. The all Natural boneless and skinless chicken breast fillets with rib meat contain up to 12% chicken broth, carrageenan, and sea salt.Here’s the recipe:

GINGER CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS

• 6 oz of Chicken Breast Fillets from Wild Fork Foods
• 1 tbs of soy sauce
• 1 oz of grated fresh ginger
• 1 tbs of fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp of katakuriko (potato starch)

DIRECTIONS

This is an easy dish to quickly turnaround at home. The first thing you’ll need to do is slice the chicken in small pieces. Once this is completed, place your chicken in a bowl and marinate the chicken with freshly squeezed lime juice, a pinch of ginger, soy sauce, and the katakuriko. The katakuriko will be extremely important to add a tender and cripsy texture to the chicken when cooked on the grill. You can serve this dish with different vegetables and sticky rice. Chef Yukie recommends this Japanese street dish with kimchee, bean sprouts, and edamame. For the final touch add some ginger dressing and chips.
