WHAT TO EXPECT

Entering Meraki is literally like transporting to a quaint and cozy restaurant in the south of Greece. It’s the perfect getaway and you don’t even need to leave town. White and blue-toned details can be found throughout the restaurant including the napkins and the very Greek-like pillows. It’s laid back with a fresh ambiance and taverna-style Greek dishes. You’re going here if you’re looking for a healthy-ish dining option.

THE MENU

This is the sort of spot that you come to if you’re in a sharing mood. We recommend you go hard on the appetizer (mezedes) section. The menu also includes a variety of salads, seafood entrees, sides, entrees from the grill and Meraki’s chef specials such as Youvetsi which is an oven baked dish w/ “Kritharaki” (orzo pasta) and leg of lamb w/ a light tomato sauce and Greek herbs & spices.

What to order

To start we recommend the Saganaki which is grilled Vlahotiri cheese flambeed. This dish is  delicious and large enough to share.

The Honey and sesame cheese puffs offered an exceptional mix flavors and textures. As an entree go with the spectacular Lamb Chops for a decent price.Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers were a great addition with a variety of grilled vegetables that were amazing.

Table

It’s a small space so we recommend you make a reservation HERE! They have one location in Downtown with outdoor-patio seating and one in Coconut Grove.
