Guests can indulge in a prix fixe menu at Matador Room that will be available from 9 to 11 PM, highlighting some of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature dishes and holiday favorites. An a la carte menu will also be available for those looking to dine early from 5:30 to 7 PM. Ring in the new year with tunes by Grammy-nominated Afro-Cuban funk band, PALO!. Restaurant: Three Wynwood

Three Wynwood fine-dining restaurant will serve a four-course to five-course dinner on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant will host two seating blocks with optional wine pairings. There will be a premier seating that starts at 5:30 to 7:30 PM. for $85 per person and a finale seating from 8  to 10 PM for $105 per person. Dish highlights include a foie gras tart, warm oysters, prime rib and olive oil cake.

The newly opened restaurant by Argentine-born celebrity chef/partner Sebastian La Rocca, now open at the ME by Melia hotel will be hosting a New Year’s Eve four-course tasting menu for $85 per person and $32 for children under 12. The restaurant concept, a “cocina de mercado,” combines top-quality ingredients from Latin America with techniques mirroring Mediterranean cuisine, creating a true fusion of flavors and flair. You can also enjoy the menu with wine for $115 per person,  or upgrade your menu with a bottle of Pommerey for $75 additional.


Restaurant: Plant Miami

Join us for a plant-based New Year’s Eve celebration with a finely curated, four-course menu featuring Plant Miami’s signature organic dishes. Stay surrounded by the good energy of The Sacred Space Miami and enjoy captivating tunes by DJ Zoel, whose conscious music mix will move you into an enlightened new year. Throughout the night, our full-alchemy cash bar will serve signature drinks including CBD-infused cocktails and mocktails, as well as Kava.  Dinner includes a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight. La Centrale – Italian Food Hall is ringing in the new year with two celebrations. At La Centrale’s chic Aperitivo Bar guests can experience a glamorous New Year’s Eve bash and dance the night away while sipping on classic cocktails from the open bar for $120 along with a three-course prix fixe menu. Located in the W South Beach, will celebrate New Year’s Eve with an opulent dinner offering. The menu will highlight signature dishes like Filet Mignon Water Dumplings (“for celebration”), Mr Chow noodles (“for longevity”), green prawns and Beijing chickenvegetarian options will be available. Every couple will receive a bottle of Louis Roederer once seated. The restaurant will have a live DJ and festive decorations to celebrate the “Year of the Pig.” Listed below are the times and price of each seating.
