An Argentinan restaurant we want to try

Tigre is a restaurant & bar inspired by traditional Buenos Aires cafes and neighborhood bistros or “bodegones”. This recently opened concept is putting its spin on Argentinian cuisine and drawing influence from Miami’s diverse community.

The waterfront property has indoor and outdoor seating. The menu includes small plates of Argentinian classics with a modern approach. We’re looking forward to trying the Patagonian Red Prawn Roll (butter toasted brioche, prawn head alioli, old bay chips), Palmito Salad (grilled heart of palm, radicchio, shaved fennel & parmesan, preserved lemon vinaigrette) and Milanga (smoke and breaded heritage pork chops, charred napa cabbage slaw, apple butter).
