Master of pizza dough Franco Stanzione has teamed up with Aussie Chef Aaron Brooks of the Edge Steakhouse inside of the Four Seasons in Brickell to bring us The Pide Place. Pides are flatbread pizzas, popular in Turkey, and baked in stone ovens. The menu includes wood-fired pides, dips, salads and sauces. They’ve recently added new menu items that include a roasted beet dip with labne, urfa biber (a smoky Turkish chili pepper), mint, peanuts and pomegranate. Also new for dessert is their take on cookbook writer Claudia Roden’s, Classic Orange and Almond Cake. It’s a bittersweet flourless cake made from whole oranges and ground almonds. Served with whipped sour cream and candied orange.

Their menu is a carnivore’s dream highlighting USDA Prime Bone-In steaks Dry Aged in the city of Chicago for 45-60 days, G1 Certified steaks, wet-aged for 30+ days, Wagyu-Angus cross from Australia, Japanese A5 Wagyu from the prefecture of Miyazaki, Japan and more.
