Calling out all the chicken tenders lovers out there. We see you. We feel you. And whoever says chicken tenders belong on the kid’s menu is sadly mistaken. If you love them as much as we do, you need to get your cute ‘insert peach emoji’ to Benh Mi for the crispiest chicken tenders you’ve ever had. This Vietnamese-inspired banh mi sandwich shop by Chef Benjamin Murray and Chef Michael Kaplan located in the heart of Miami Beach is pairing the Xtra Crunchy Chicken Tender Bucket, with three different sauces.

A yuzu kosho ranch, roasted banana ketchup and a tamarind BBQ. We say don’t choose one, pay extra and get all three.

They also have Hot Chicken on their secret menu. It’s their version of Nashville hot chicken with ‘crack spice’. It’s served with a farro miso-yogurt that Chef Ben described as, “super aromatic and addicting.” He says it’s like, “if Nashville hot chicken had a baby with spicy wings dipped in ranch.” And what a beautiful baby that will be.

We also had their Cheesy Egg Omelet banh mi on Bettant bread with umami mayo, pickled carrots, daikon & onion, all the herbs, cucumber, jalapeño and a funky sauce that we’d buy a jug of and keep in our fridge.
