THE MENU AND WHAT TO ORDER
Diya’s main menu is broken up into Small and Large Tapas, Dosas, Rice, Sides, Naans, and they have a separate menu for drinks (Craft Lemonades, Beers, Diya Cocktails and Wines). We recommend following their Miami Spice Menu as long as you make it through their doors in the month of September, as it really gives you the best of the best dishes on the menu.
Start with their Vegetable Samosas, move onto their Butter or Palak Paneer, which is also served with Butter Naan and your choice of rice. If you’re not absolutely stuffed at the end of your meal, a MUST TRY dessert on Diya’s menu is their Panna Cotta, beautifully served sweet cream topped with a fruit compote.
If you’re looking above and beyond the Miami Spice menu, the way to go on their regular menu is to share a table-full of tapas. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, but we recommend their Crispy Rice (the crunch is impeccable), Diya Hummus, Samosas and Butter Paneer. You’ll also need their Masala Dosa served with sambar dhaal and coconut chutney.
A side dish everyone loves and no one can forget is their Garlic Naan. Dip it into any of their Paneers and you’ve got yourself a new obsession.
HOW TO SCORE A TABLE
Diya is operating normally under COVID guidelines, with indoor and outdoor seating available. They are open from 6PM-11PM every day except Monday. Check out their main dining room and BackRoom menus at DiyaMiami.com.
