Hungries, we know some of you look forward to those coveted work breaks when you can escape the office drama and treat yourself to a well-deserved lunch. And what better time to expand your palette and get a little taste of what may soon be your favorite new restaurant. With Miami Spice in full swing, here are some local spots around Miami that will have you clocking out faster than you can say bye to your co-workers.

This year in light of last month’s tragedy in the Surfside condo collapse, the Miami Spice program hosted by the GMCVB will be giving back to the Surfside restaurant community. When you book through Opentable from August 1st– September 31st, all proceeds through those bookings will be donated to relief efforts to help uplift those impacted by the tragic event.

Address: 2257 Coral Way
Miami Spice availability: Lunch Monday to Friday
Book your table: HERE

For those of you who frequent Meat N’ Bone on Coral Way, well get ready for a delicious surprise. Instead of giving you the typical steakhouse that we all have grown accustomed to, The Wagyu Bar takes the stuffy out of steak and gives you good quality meat without the smoke and mirrors.

Sourcing from their very own butcher shop, The Wagyu Bar focuses on the steak itself. And for Miami Spice this year they are giving you prime meat in two different styles. Starting you off with the A5 bites, you are getting three pieces of A5 Miyazaki-Gyu Japanese wagyu beef breaded and fried and to follow Steak grites served with handmade French fries. And if that doesn’t have you salivating for dessert a cookie skillet served with vanilla ice cream, but if your sweet tooth isn’t in full effect, you can substitute that dessert for a glass of red or white wine. So, get ready to try some quality meat for a prime price.
