Barbakoa by Finka is the newest restaurant by Chef Eileen Andrade.
This is Andrade’s third restaurant venture. Following her iconic flavors at sister restaurants, Finka Table & Tap and Amelia’s 1931 in West Kendall.
Her newest brick & mortar location has opened its doors in Doral. Located inside The Doral Yard, an indoor and outdoor community hub focusing on independent food concepts, live entertainment, and local events in Downtown Doral.
What you’re ordering
At her new concept, you will find a menu of Latin and Asian-inspired dishes. Including chicken fried alligator with pickled onion and pickled radish tacos. A wok-fired okra with kimchee lime sauce and cashews. In addition, Chef Eileen is getting playful with some Latin favorites. Such as the loaded Spanish boniato fries with vaca frita, kimchee sour cream, maduros, cabbage kimchee, and fried garlic. And the smoked brisket with aji amarillo mac n’ cheese and grilled corn on the cob.
If you’re craving a wood-fired pizza? We’d try the camaron enchilado pizza with shrimp, maduros, and roasted sofrito or the “hot honey” pepperoni pizza.
If you’re looking for a drink, Barbakoa will feature a craft cocktail program with rotating, handcrafted cocktails and classic cocktails from Finka Table & Tap.

Barbakoa by Finka has indoor and outdoor seating available. Sit at the bar for views of the open kitchen. And catch a peek of the pizza action. Barbakoa by Finka is open on Sunday – Thursday from 11:30 AM – 11 PM and Friday – Saturday 11:30AM -12 AM. The restaurant is located in the backyard of The Doral Yard.
