If you’re looking for a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Casa Mariano is one to add to your list. Located in Doral, Chef Mariano Araya has created a menu drawing inspiration from his career and Argentinian background.

At Casa Mariano, Chef wants you to feel like you’re at home with indoor and outdoor seating available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For our first time around we’d stop in for dinner.

Dishes include black garlic shrimp with black garlic beurre blanc, cremini mushrooms, and jumbo shrimp; and zucchini carpaccio with grilled artichoke salad, and orange-infused olive oil. Expect house-made pasta such as an ossobuco ravioli with braised ossobuco, oyster mushrooms, and a Madeira wine sauce; and a bucatini bolognese prepared with veal, wagyu, and pork ragout. A dish we know you will be looking out for is the lobster thermidor served over a cacio e pepe risotto.

If you’re looking to pair your night with some vino, check out Casa Mariano’s wine program curated by Araya’s Partner and Sommelier, Victor Tapia. Casa Mariano is located at 8200 NW 27 Street, Suite 106 in Doral.  To see the full menu click HERE.
